Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or applesauce, yogurt, or peanut butter)
  • 1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Choose the Right Mug: Use a microwave-safe ceramic or glass mug (10-12 oz) to prevent overflow.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt into the mug. Stir well.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in Chocolate Chips: Stir in chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins.
  • Microwave:
  • Start with 40-50 seconds on HIGH (1000W).
  • If undercooked, add 5-10 seconds more.
  • Let it Rest: Allow the cookie to sit for 1-2 minutes before eating.

Notes

✔ For a softer cookie, microwave for 5 seconds less and let it rest longer.
